Refund and Returns Policy

Items are eligible for exchange or refund only when returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.

If you receive an item you are not satisfied with

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you through the full process until it is resolved.

Exchange (full order or part of it)

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order by contacting customer service and specifying which products you wish to replace and which new items you would like instead.
  • You will be guided on how and where to send the items back through our shipping partner.
  • Please keep the shipment receipt and tracking/reference number.
  • The cost of shipping exchanged items (both returning the original products and sending the replacements) is covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Returns and refunds (full order or part of it)

  • You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order by contacting customer service and indicating the items you wish to return.
  • Our team will register your request and direct you to the nearest branch or drop‑off point of the shipping company to hand over the products.
  • Once the returned goods are received and inspected and your request is approved, we will contact you to confirm the refund method.
  • Please keep the shipment receipt and tracking/reference number.
  • The cost of shipping the returned items is covered by the customer, unless specified otherwise.

Refund methods

After approval of your return request, the value of the accepted items can be:

  • Refunded as a store credit / coupon equal to the value of the returned products, which you can use to shop on Perfume File’s online store within a defined validity period (for example, up to one year).
  • Refunded in cash via bank transfer to the account details you provide, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Important note

Any refund or exchange will only apply to products that meet the conditions above and comply with this policy; items that are used, altered, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.
